Aequor Allied is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated travel Cath Lab Technologist to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Chicago, Illinois. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that patient safety is prioritized at all times. In this travel role, you will be expected to work 10-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, over a duration of 13 weeks. The position requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working in various clinical settings and may encounter different patient populations and procedural protocols. Your expertise in operating imaging equipment, monitoring patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team will be essential to the success of the procedures performed in the Cath Lab. Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians during catheterization procedures.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advanced imaging technologies.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Previous travel experience in a healthcare setting.
