LeaderStat is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Round Rock, Texas. This position is designed for a skilled professional with experience in the Cath Lab environment, looking to take on a 13-week contract. The role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. As a travel Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in various procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. The position offers an 8-hour shift, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while on assignment. Responsibilities

• Assist in various Cath Lab procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain and operate Cath Lab equipment effectively and safely.
• Document patient information and procedures accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding procedures.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Cath Lab Technologist.
• Current certification and licensure as required by the state of Texas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with travel nursing assignments.
• Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or basic life support (BLS).
