About the position

The Technology and Data - Engineer 5 position involves consulting as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs within Engineering. The role requires strategic engagement with client personnel and delivering innovative solutions that address unique challenges, leveraging advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, and innovation.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
• Engage strategically with client personnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 4+ years experience developing enterprise applications with Rust.
• 4+ years of experience developing smart contracts on CosmWasm, Solidity, and/or Solana.
• Deep understanding of DeFi and crypto financial concepts.
• Experience deploying complex smart contracts that have been used on the mainnet of a top blockchain.
• Deep understanding of one or more smart contract platforms including CosmWasm and Solana.
• Experience with implementing complex math in smart contracts.
• Experience with DeFi testing, security, or auditing.
