About the position

As a Technology Architect specializing in Selenium Automation, IVR, and E2E Testing at Infosys, you will serve as a validation and quality assurance expert, responsible for reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your role will involve conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, designing tests, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Act as a validation and quality assurance expert to review existing systems' functionality.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy and design.
• Lead execution of tests to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to create high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Automation Testing and creating Test Strategy, Test scenarios, and Test cases.
• Experience in Telecom Verizon wireless applications is a must.
• Hands-on technical knowledge in API Automation using Edge, Selenium Webdriver, TestNG.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong experience in functional, regression, smoke, sanity, IVR, and End to End Testing.
• Experience in JCL, SQL, DB2, FILE-AID, QMF, SPUFI, Cobol, MVS, VSAM, TSO, ISPF, CICS DB2 Platinum Products, CA7, DB2-File Aid, IMS-File Aid, QMF, SPUFI, SYNCSORT, IDCAMS, FILE AID, STE, DUG, FTP, JCL Utilities, FTP, CMIS, JIRA, UNIX, Cassandra.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in understanding the product and analyzing user stories.
• Experience in testing tools like DevOps CICD implementation, Jenkins, Postman, SoapUI.
• Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple projects.
• Analytical and communication skills.
