Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Change Management Senior Manager within the Chief Technology Office. This role is pivotal in facilitating the High Risk Change Advisory Board and requires extensive experience in Technology Change Board (TCB) Operations, including CAB Facilitation, Control Execution, Community Support, and Knowledge Management. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and developing teams of individual contributors and managers in roles that involve moderate complexity and risk within Technology Operations. The position entails overseeing the operational outcomes of key IT services delivered by various departments, including network services, database services, and infrastructure services, which encompass server and storage services. The Senior Manager will engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and development in technology operations. Utilizing metrics to support infrastructure associated with highly automated and latency-sensitive applications is also a critical aspect of this role. In addition, the Senior Manager will drive strategic initiatives related to infrastructure availability, manage backups and recovery processes, and ensure that recovery plans include periodic tests to maintain business continuity. Collaboration with IT risk management, compliance, and all lines of defense, including Audit, is essential to proactively manage platform risks. The role also involves instituting controls in partnership with Operation Risks to ensure sustainable risk management practices. The Senior Manager will be tasked with managing costs, demand, and resource capacity for the team, leveraging external resources as necessary. They will determine the appropriate strategies and actions for the technology operations team to meet deliverables, interpret and develop policies and procedures, and collaborate with professionals at all levels, including more experienced managers. Furthermore, the role includes managing the allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in technology operations, while fostering a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
