About the position

The Senior Change Enablement Specialist at Marathon Petroleum Company LP is responsible for leading and managing change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of changes within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to align changes with the company's strategy, supporting change initiatives, and acting as a change manager on assigned projects. The position aims to guide stakeholders through change management activities, enhancing their understanding and readiness for new processes, products, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support executives, people leaders, and employees in understanding and adopting changes.
• Identify metrics to measure performance and progress of engagement and adoption.
• Analyze feedback for trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify resistance and performance gaps, developing corrective actions as needed.
• Document process changes and mitigate associated risks.
• Work with teams to identify stakeholders and craft key messages.
• Draft and execute communications and engagement plans.
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and collaborate with Creative Services for materials.
• Champion a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing change readiness plans.
• Experience leading and implementing change initiatives, including strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
• Prosci, CCMP, or other change management certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through the change process.
• Change management experience supporting various project management methodologies, including SafeAgile.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
