About the position

The Technology Consulting - Cyber Security - Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager role at EY involves helping clients navigate their complex IAM environments. The position focuses on assessing, improving, and building IAM infrastructure, processes, and policies to align security management strategies with business goals. The manager will lead multiple client engagements, oversee IAM teams, and ensure quality client services while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Help clients gain insight into their IAM environments.
• Assess and improve IAM infrastructure, processes, and policies.
• Align security management strategy with business goals.
• Lead projects across multiple IAM teams.
• Conduct current state assessments and application access assessments.
• Develop IAM strategies and roadmaps.
• Support identity and access governance team with IAM program management.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks.
• Communicate engagement and client service issues to stakeholders.
• Cultivate business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of consulting experience in Cyber Security and/or IAM.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of consulting experience.
• 2 years of experience with identity lifecycle management solutions like Saviynt or SailPoint.
• 2 years of experience in access control concepts including SAML, LDAP, or PKI.
• 2 years of experience in defining IAM related processes.
• 2 years of experience with integration APIs for IAM technologies.
• 2 years of experience in RBAC, PBAC, SOD, or risk-based access controls.
• 2 years of experience presenting to executive level stakeholders.
• 2 years of experience managing teams of Cyber Security advisory professionals.

Nice-to-haves

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or other relevant certification eligibility within one year of hire.
