About the position

The Technology Consulting - Digital Engineering - Full Stack - Java Manager position at EY involves designing, customizing, and optimizing digital and cloud-based solutions. The role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver digital engagements that align with clients' digital visions. The manager will also oversee the testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer programs and systems, while managing and motivating diverse teams to ensure quality client services and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and optimize digital and cloud-based solutions.
• Work with various groups to deliver digital engagements and solutions.
• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems.
• Coordinate the installation of computer programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
• Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Monitor progress to consistently deliver quality client services.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience, or a Master's degree in the same fields with 4 years of experience.
• 4 years of experience with Java, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, MSSQL, CosmosDB, or Visual Studio.
• 3 years of experience with Cloud Native Development on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• 3 years of experience designing and implementing microservices in Azure using Service Fabric, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Functions, API Management, or similar technologies.
