About the position

As a Senior Manager in the Non-Financial Risk technology team at EY, you will lead large-scale engagements focused on technology transformation projects within the financial services sector. Your role will involve delivering high-quality client services, managing diverse teams, and generating new business opportunities while fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large scale engagements and deliver high quality client services.
  • Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Generate new business opportunities and assess ways to serve clients.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Deliver technology solutions to clients in the financial services industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Engineering or a related field and 10 years of progressive work experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and 8 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • At least 10 years of experience at a financial institution or consulting firm focused on Capital markets, Wealth and Asset Management, Risk management, or Quantitative analytics.
  • At least 10 years of experience in risk governance, risk appetite, risk identification, risk monitoring, risk measurements, and risk reporting.
  • At least 8 years of experience leading a team on financial services implementation projects related to key US and global regulatory issues.
  • At least 4 years of experience communicating with and presenting before C-suite stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development directly responsible for sales and growth.

Nice-to-haves

  • Leadership and proven project management skills.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
