About the position

The Technology COO at Ampcus, Inc. is responsible for enabling the Technology division to achieve outstanding results through the delivery of world-class programs that support teams and strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing governance, strategic talent development, workforce strategy planning, and effective communication within the Technology organization, which comprises over 16,000 members. The COO will play a vital role in fostering a learning culture and managing various talent development initiatives, including training programs and mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain internal collaboration spaces and create presentation decks for communication with stakeholders.
• Design and implement an internal communications program to educate the Technology organization about offerings.
• Assist in rebranding the function internally and manage the team Jive site.
• Liaise with the Tech COO communications team for execution of communication strategies.
• Establish and manage governance bodies to direct the people development strategy for technology.
• Provide updates on learning and development strategies to CIOs and divisional leadership.
• Oversee maintenance of the Technology People Development Jive site and other marketing materials.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various communication channels.
• Partner with regional COO teams to ensure awareness of central-driven programs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience creating management-level communication and presentation documents.
• 5-7 years of experience within HR and/or Learning and Development, preferably with a globally distributed team.
• 5+ years of experience partnering with VP and ED level colleagues in developing and implementing strategic solutions.
• 2-5+ years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Proven influencer with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels.

• Experience with end-user collaboration/content management tools including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Viva, Jive, Twiki, AEM, Stensul, Blastmail, SalesForce.
