About The Position
The Technology COO at Ampcus, Inc. is responsible for enabling the Technology division to achieve outstanding results through the delivery of world-class programs that support teams and strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing governance, strategic talent development, workforce strategy planning, and effective communication within the Technology organization, which comprises over 16,000 members. The COO will play a vital role in fostering a learning culture and managing various talent development initiatives, including training programs and mentorship opportunities.
