About the position

The Technology Design Engineer will play a crucial role in leading communication and technology initiatives within a growing Wisconsin firm. This position involves promoting technology services to both existing and new clients, as well as mentoring junior and mid-level staff. The role encompasses various projects related to structured cabling, access control, CCTV, voice/data systems, and the overall layout of communication rooms and building infrastructure for low-voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication and technology group
• Promote technology services to existing/new clients
• Mentor/train junior and mid-level staff
• Manage projects including structured cabling, access control, CCTV, voice/data systems, and communication room layout
• Design building infrastructure for low-voltage systems

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technology
• 5+ years of experience
• RCDD Certification required
• Proficient in Revit software
