About the position

The AT&T Technology Development Program Internship is designed for rising seniors pursuing a degree in a STEM field. This internship offers hands-on experience in various technology roles, including Data Analyst, Software Engineer, Systems & DevOps Engineer, and Technical Business Manager. Interns will work on impactful projects that contribute to AT&T's broadband and 5G networks, while also receiving mentorship and support in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Transform and interpret large data sets into compelling stories as a Data Analyst.
• Design and develop innovative software solutions as a Software Engineer.
• Build and maintain the tech ecosystem's backbone as a Systems & DevOps Engineer.
• Merge technology creativity with business strategy as a Technical Business Manager.

Requirements

• Rising senior pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
• Strong integrity and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and comfort in leading at all levels.
