About the position

The Regional Director for JMT Technology Group will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in Texas and surrounding states by building strong relationships with clients and providing technology solutions that enhance efficiency and data-informed decision-making. This role involves strategic planning, client retention, and driving revenue growth while ensuring project delivery meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Leverage and build relationships to create opportunities for consulting with clients.
• Integrate with the JMT team across multiple offices, regions, and verticals.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of clients and competitors in the region.
• Develop and execute a strategic and tactical plan to promote growth in the region.
• Identify strategic opportunities for proposal development related to target clients.
• Support client retention through multiple touchpoints, including presenting new solutions and attending industry events.
• Advocate for clients to ensure project managers deliver on-time and within budget.
• Drive revenue and profitability for the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, GIS, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of information technology and/or geospatial consulting experience.
• Minimum of five years of information technology and/or geospatial business operations experience.
• Minimum of five years of personnel management experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience with state and local government clients in relevant markets.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and develop trust at all organizational levels.
• Solid problem-solving and consultative skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
