About the position

As a Technology Implementation Consultant at Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer business, you will be part of a leading provider of Sustainability, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Operational Risk Management software. This role involves working closely with a highly skilled and motivated team to deliver exceptional service to clients using the Enablon Web application software. You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of software projects, ensuring that client needs are met within the defined scope and budget. Your work will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including other consultants, project managers, IT specialists, product managers, developers, and customer project teams. This position allows for remote work from your home office, providing flexibility while you contribute to the success of the Professional Services team. In this role, you will engage in technical requirement gathering meetings with clients, lead workshops to convert business requirements into solution designs, and design and configure mockups and forms tailored to client needs. You will analyze the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, deliver the necessary setup and configuration, and ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, developing training materials, and delivering training sessions to clients, either onsite or remotely. Your ability to manage customer expectations and enhance relationship management will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients in technical requirement gathering meetings and calls.
• Lead workshops with clients to gather their business requirements and convert them into solution design for implementation.
• Design and configure mockups and forms for clients.
• Analyze technical feasibility and propose solutions to meet customer requirements and business logic.
• Deliver the build for setup and configuration required to meet the client business requirements.
• Configure and deliver the Enablon Mobile solutions to the client.
• Deliver quality work on time and within budget.
• Analyze issues and deliver fixes to customers.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Create training materials and deliver onsite or remote training to the customers.
• Participate in project status meetings.
• Develop, maintain and optimize the interactions between all the project actors.
• Share best practice recommendations with customers, ensuring optimal use of the software.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project cycle.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
• 1-3 years in development and implementation, preferably with Cloud Web applications in a large software development company.
• Experience implementing enterprise software is highly desired.
• Proficient in a project methodology and understanding of different project environments such as DEV, QA, UAT, Production.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) along with HTML and SQL is a must.
• A good understanding of web technologies and knowledge of database concepts would be a considerable plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English is required; French, Dutch, or German would be a plus.
