About the position

The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 is responsible for delivering new technological solutions that align with business needs and enterprise objectives. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, influencing system design, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. The professional will lead various projects related to retail store changes and enhance existing workstreams by finding efficiencies and improving processes. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication with business partners to achieve project milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects related to retail store changes such as openings, closings, relocations, and consolidations.
  • Enhance existing store change workstream by finding efficiencies and improving communication and processes.
  • Gather and document business requirements for technology implementations.
  • Drive projects end-to-end, utilizing virtual tools for collaboration.
  • Facilitate meetings with business partners to discuss and document needs.
  • Coordinate across teams on milestones and implementation of project deliverables.
  • Communicate updates to business teams and leadership.
  • Assist the product team with agile strategy and prioritization of new projects.
  • Align with IT and other resources to ensure successful project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology implementations or product/project management.
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in problem-solving and consultation within complex environments.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to business partner needs.
  • Ability to work through conflict and provide clear project action items.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lucid, SharePoint, MS Teams, Automation, Power BI, Power Automate, MS Forms, MS Planner, MS Project.
  • Experience with retail pharmacies.
  • Experience driving both technical and non-technical projects.
  • Experience with product and project management organizations.
