About the position

The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 is responsible for delivering new technological solutions that align with business needs and enterprise objectives. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, influencing system design, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. The position requires independent decision-making and minimal direction, while also coordinating various projects related to retail store changes and enhancing existing workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects related to retail store changes such as openings, closings, relocations, and consolidations.
  • Enhance existing store change workstream by finding efficiencies and improving communication and processes.
  • Gather and document business requirements for technology implementations.
  • Drive projects end-to-end, utilizing virtual tools for collaboration.
  • Actively collaborate in an online environment with business partners to complete key milestones.
  • Facilitate meetings with business partners to discuss and document needs.
  • Coordinate across teams on milestones and implementation of project deliverables.
  • Communicate with business teams to align on leadership updates.
  • Assist the product team with agile strategy and prioritization of new projects.
  • Align with IT and other resources to drive successful partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology implementations or product/project management.
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in problem-solving and consultation within complex environments.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects independently.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and align with business partners via virtual methods.
  • Adaptability to change and drive for process improvement.
  • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple tasks and files.
  • Ability to work through conflict and provide clear project action items.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lucid, SharePoint, MS Teams, Automation, Power BI, Power Automate, MS Forms, MS Planner, MS Project.
  • Experience with retail pharmacies.
  • Experience driving both technical and non-technical projects.
  • Experience with product and project management organizations.
