About the position

Infosys is seeking a senior full stack Developer. This position requires designing and developing highly usable and scalable new application capabilities and enhancing existing capabilities to meet the needs of our customers in a fast-paced agile development environment. You will be expected to leverage your extensive experience in software engineering to contribute to the development of applications using Azure, React, .Net, C#, Web API, and Azure SQL Server. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication are essential as you will be working closely with teams across different time zones, particularly with teams in India. As a senior developer, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and performance of the applications we deliver to our clients, making this a critical role within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new application capabilities and enhance existing capabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to create high-quality, defect-free solutions.
• Participate in the entire service development life cycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development.
• Communicate effectively with teams across different time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in designing and developing software in Azure, React, .Net, C#, Web API, Azure SQL Server.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire service development life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in PST hours with some overlap with teams in India.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Azure Stream Analytics and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Familiarity with ADO Pipelines (Build and Releases) and PowerShell for deployments.
• Strong debugging skills and experience designing and implementing web components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
