About the position
The Technology Manager at PASCO is responsible for overseeing IT operations, leading technology projects, and managing a skilled IT team. This role ensures seamless and secure system performance, aligns technology initiatives with business goals, and fosters a culture of growth and collaboration within the team. The position also involves acting as the primary contact for high-level IT issues and collaborating with external vendors to enhance service integration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems operate seamlessly and securely.
- Evaluate new technologies, recommend system upgrades, and lead troubleshooting efforts.
- Guarantee compliance with data protection regulations and uphold IT policy standards.
- Lead the full lifecycle of technology projects, delivering on time, within scope, and budget.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align tech initiatives with business goals.
- Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Drive talent development from recruitment to training.
- Act as the primary contact for high-level IT issues, delivering solutions and proactive training.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure optimal service and product integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related experience.
- 5+ years in IT management, including team leadership and project management.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Experience using Salesforce (highly preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
