About the position

The Technology Operations Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Technology Center at Cornerstone Bank. This role involves acting as a backup for the daytime computer operator and the Administrative Assistant, handling incoming calls, and assisting client banks with various technical issues related to ATM, ACH, and Cashletter services. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support for department personnel.
  • Act as a backup for the daytime computer operator and Administrative Assistant.
  • Answer calls coming into the Technology Center and distribute them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist client banks with problems related to ATM, ACH, or Cashletter issues.
  • Help personnel with telephone issues, including voicemail, passwords, and general telecom inquiries.

Requirements

  • Equivalent to a high school education.
  • At least 2 years of work experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to interact effectively with other bank personnel, management, and co-workers.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and organize projects.
