Responsibilities

• Define and implement operational strategies for the technology sector.
• Develop, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and corporate guidelines.
• Oversee staffing decisions and workload forecasting for the sector.
• Supervise managers within the sector and ensure effective employee relations.
• Develop the annual budget and track revenue margins to maximize profits.
• Evaluate sector performance against company objectives and adjust operations as necessary.
• Collaborate with sector leaders to enhance client satisfaction and streamline service models.
• Assist in developing growth plans and innovation goals for the sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience, with at least five years in a leadership/management role.
• Extensive operations management experience and industry knowledge.
• Proven track record of effective resource management and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional leadership.
