About the position

The Technology Operations Specialist II plays a crucial role in supporting our Fax Services application and infrastructure, specifically focusing on the AccuRoute and RightFax applications. This position requires a strong background in operational support, with at least 5 years of experience in this area. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of these applications, providing database and SQL reporting, and supporting enterprise telephony and print infrastructure operations. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including off-shore teams, Line of Business, technology teams, and vendor partners. The position also requires a proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for Fax Services applications, specifically AccuRoute and RightFax.
  • Manage database and SQL reporting related to Fax Services.
  • Support enterprise telephony and infrastructure operations.
  • Oversee enterprise print infrastructure operations.
  • Collaborate with off-shore teams, Line of Business, technology teams, and vendor partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work independently with general guidance to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Fax Services application & infrastructure operational support.
  • Core focus on AccuRoute & RightFax applications.
  • Strong database & SQL reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in enterprise telephony and infrastructure operational support.
  • Knowledge of enterprise print infrastructure operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to work well with other teams including off-shore, Line of Business, & technology teams and with vendor partners.
  • Experience with ITIL practices.
  • Automation skills to reduce manual activities.
