About The Position
As the Technology Organization Specialist for MMA's Technology Systems and Applications Organization, you will play a crucial role in championing MMA's People-First culture during a period of rapid growth and expansion. Your responsibilities will include working within the MMA IT Practice Areas and Project Teams to integrate change management activities, coaching managers and supervisors on effective team management through transitions, and fulfilling the role of change sponsor. This position requires proactive communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and process efficiency across the organization.
