The Technology Organization Specialist at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) plays a crucial role in championing the company's People-First culture during periods of rapid growth and change. This position involves working closely with IT Practice Areas and Project Teams to implement change management strategies, ensuring effective transitions and alignment across the organization. The specialist will assess change impacts, manage onboarding processes, and support organizational design and change management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Champion MMA's People-First culture during growth and expansion.
• Integrate change management activities within IT Practice Areas and Project Teams.
• Coach managers and supervisors on effective team management during transitions.
• Assess change impact and organizational readiness, identifying potential risks and resistance points.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize colleague adoption.
• Track and report on resourcing needs and fulfillment status of open roles.
• Manage and distribute comprehensive learning paths and career pathways for new team members.
• Support MMA IT with organizational design and change management communications.
• Define success metrics and monitor change progress.

Requirements

• Proven Change Management success with expertise in principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Certifications in Change Management, Organizational, or Process efficiency are a plus.
• Exposure to technology experiences such as cloud migrations, ETL, data pipelines, and Software Development.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management.
• Exceptional active listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
