About the position

The Technology Partner Development Manager at Fivetran is responsible for managing and growing the strategic partnership with AWS. This role involves developing cross-functional partnerships across sales, marketing, and product teams, focusing on accelerating partner development processes and establishing joint go-to-market efforts. The position is critical for aligning with strategic partners and driving mutual customer adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the entire relationship with AWS, becoming the main point of contact within the first 90 days.
• Establish yourself as a trusted resource for field sales and pre-sales reps in the US across this partner.
• Connect Fivetran sales and partner sales teams to ensure solution selling and a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to execute strategic partner go-to-market efforts.
• Focus on growing mutual customer adoption and revenue growth across both Fivetran and AWS.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in Alliances / Partnerships at a Technology Company.
• Prior enterprise sales experience is a plus.
• Successful track record of developing, establishing, and closing strategic partnerships/accounts in competitive environments.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and exceed high expectations.
• Methodical approach with an enterprise sales mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with a motivated team.
• Extremely organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to communicate the big picture effectively.
• Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a sales mentality.
