About the position

The Technology Portfolio Analyst at Colonial Pipeline Company is responsible for managing the overall Technology portfolio, which includes roadmap development, reporting, and tracking of Technology Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role involves overseeing internal resource demand, third-party labor, vendor management, and spend reporting, while providing regular updates to the Technology Leadership Team and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop analysis on the Technology investment portfolio, including execution performance and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Support Technology Asset Management initiatives, including software and hardware management and vendor management analysis.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Planning and Technology Project Management teams to ensure alignment with overall Technology plans.
  • Assist in developing presentations on key topics for the Technology Leadership Team and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain the overall Technology Roadmap, providing visibility to ongoing projects and risks.
  • Facilitate the Technology Annual Planning with the Corporate PMO team and quarterly roadmap reviews.
  • Monitor and report on progress against Technology roadmaps and coordinate KPI reporting across the Technology Leadership Team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Finance resources on Technology budget management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or a combination of experience and education.
  • 6+ years of experience in Technology implementation and/or portfolio management.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze data effectively.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Project Management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Data Visualization techniques.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with Big 4 Consulting or similar organizations.
