About the position

As a Technology Reference Data Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product innovation and driving value for customers. This position involves leading the end-to-end product life cycle, acting as the voice of the customer, and developing profitable products that resonate with clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations, focusing on scalability, resiliency, and stability.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Collaborates with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Gathers and analyzes user feedback to inform product improvements
• Monitors product performance and makes data-driven decisions
• Coordinates product launches and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Has worked in an Agile development environment with hands-on Jira experience
• Any experience in handling inventory system
• Any experience on BMS discovery products
