About the position

As a Product Manager in Infrastructure Platform at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in shaping product innovation and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product life cycle, acting as the voice of the customer, and ensuring successful product launches. Your focus will be on developing profitable products that provide customer value while collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Collaborates with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Gathers and analyzes user feedback to inform product improvements
• Monitors product performance and makes data-driven decisions
• Coordinates product launches and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Has worked in an Agile development environment with hands-on Jira experience
• Any experience in handling inventory system
• Any experience on BMS discovery products
