About the position

The Technology, Risk & Controls Lead - Cybersecurity Governance at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for overseeing the firm's access management, controls, and resiliency teams. This role involves strategic partnership with various business lines to design and integrate controls, enhance processes, and drive automation, all while ensuring the firm's safety and stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the Global Technology Control Committee, including setting agendas and overseeing meeting logistics.
• Oversee regional technology governance committees to facilitate discussions on challenges and opportunities.
• Execute reporting and governance of overall controls and policies, providing insights to senior leaders.
• Work with global technology leadership to disseminate risk posture information to senior management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and auditors to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze changes to KRIs, KPIs, and operational metrics, communicating impacts to the business.
• Track changes via the Change Management process and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Standardize Technology Control Committee materials across all lines of business and regions.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to conduct gap analysis of metrics based on regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Strong ability to craft and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in technology governance and risk management.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess and communicate risk metrics.
