About the position

The Technology Risk Management - Assistant Director at EY plays a crucial role in managing and mitigating technology-related risks within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of technology risk management program initiatives.
  • Lead risk consultations regarding the implementation of new technologies, managing potential threats.
  • Execute technology risk assessments to identify risks across the Americas technology environment.
  • Support risk mitigation and monitoring activities, including third-party management and technology governance.
  • Assist with strategy formation and portfolio management of technology risk management activities.
  • Analyze legal and regulatory developments to confirm applicable requirements.
  • Maintain and update EY policies and training to reflect changes in laws and regulations regarding Artificial Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with various functions to design and implement policies to manage technology risk.
  • Create reports on program activities for key stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Requirements

  • In-depth subject matter knowledge of technology, emerging technology, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in leading risk consultations and executing technology risk assessments.
  • Ability to support risk mitigation and monitoring activities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess legal and regulatory developments.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
