About the position

The Technology Solutions Manager at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in supporting the IT Procurement & Supply Chain team during the company's transformation journey, particularly in building a new Oracle ERP Platform. This position requires strong project management skills, the ability to navigate complex environments, and effective communication with executive-level stakeholders. The manager will lead technical discussions, define delivery strategies, and ensure that technology solutions align with business processes, all while fostering innovation and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of technology solutions within business processes by providing leadership in analysis, design, and project management.
• Engage IT teams, shared services partners, vendor partners, and business partners to align on program plans and drive execution to meet timelines.
• Manage inception activities, including breakdown of business requirements and technical scope definition.
• Partner with senior resources to define technology strategy for business process initiatives and provide recommendations on scope delivery planning.
• Establish an operational rhythm collaborating with core teams and business partners to govern vision, strategy, and execution plans.
• Monitor and define KPIs and metrics to measure progress and success of team deliverables and larger programs.
• Perform day-to-day management of business partner relationships on cross-domain initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline.
• 4-7 years of experience in a related business environment.
• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Domain, preferably with a background in Oracle Supply Chain Suite.
• 1-2 years of experience with exposure to technical architecture and design.
• Ability to gather and use data to drive conclusions and decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical and functional solutions effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Technology certifications (such as Cloud, Java, Microsoft, Oracle) are a plus.
• Architecture certifications (TOGAF, etc.) preferred.
• Supply Chain Management certification preferred.
