About the position

The Technology Solutions Manager at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in supporting the IT Procurement & Supply Chain team during the company's transformation journey, particularly in building a new Oracle ERP Platform. This position requires strong project management skills, the ability to navigate complex environments, and effective communication with executive-level stakeholders. The manager will lead discussions, determine technical feasibility, and establish delivery strategies while collaborating with various teams to ensure comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of technology solutions within business processes through leadership in analysis, design, and project management.
  • Serve as the technical owner and accountable IT representative for business deployment initiatives.
  • Engage IT teams, shared services partners, vendor partners, and business partners to align on program plans and drive execution.
  • Initiate risk management and address critical issues as needed.
  • Manage inception activities, including breakdown of business requirements and technical scope definition.
  • Partner with senior resources to define technology strategy for business process initiatives and provide recommendations on scope delivery planning.
  • Drive strategy, prioritization, approach, and goals of initiatives in collaboration with technical teams and business.
  • Prepare high-level solution design presentations for leadership review.
  • Establish an operational rhythm with core teams and business partners to govern vision, strategy, and execution plans.
  • Monitor and define KPIs and metrics to measure progress and success of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • 4-7 years of experience in a related business environment.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain, preferably with Oracle Supply Chain Suite.
  • 1-2 years of experience with exposure to technical architecture and design.
  • Ability to gather and use data for decision-making.
  • Effective communication of technical and functional solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple scenarios and tasks.
  • Sound problem-solving skills to process complex information.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technology certifications (such as Cloud, Java, Microsoft, Oracle) are a plus.
  • Architecture certifications (TOGAF, etc.) preferred.
  • Supply Chain Management certification preferred.
