About the position

Responsible for leading Strategic Remediation execution for Enterprise Technology divisions. Includes the development of strategic planning, response, and execution across Technology Capability remediation to achieve defined Success Criteria. Influence long-term strategic planning to embed technology risk management from the design level.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Truist Technology Strategic Remediation efforts for assigned Enterprise Technology division/capabilities.
• Articulate the technology risk and remediation narrative for Technology division/capabilities.
• Create Detailed Implementation Plans to drive comprehensive remediation across business units.
• Drive planning and execution activities outlined in risk responses.
• Work in tight alignment with business unit senior leadership team and business management office.
• Establish reporting for execution and provide updates/reports to governance committees.
• Build and/or influence organizational support structures for prioritization and sustainability of solutions.
• Share Technology Strategic Remediation program insights with peer Technology Integration and Performance functions.
• Coordinate with centralized risk teams to ensure timely fulfillment of reporting and communication requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrable in-depth understanding of enterprise financial services technology organizations and associated risk landscapes.
• Significant experience managing high priority programs and initiatives.
• Clear ability to offer appropriate effective challenge to any level of leadership.
• Regulatory and risk management experience in a large financial services technology organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in Technology and Risk Management.
• 7+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology projects.
• Experience influencing strategy and risk management efforts for large organizations.
• Proactive, driven professional with the ability to operate effectively amidst frequent change.

• Established relationships with key functions and partners within Truist.
