About the position
This position involves supporting computer systems in a digital environment, requiring a strong foundation in hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as network management. The role is essential for maintaining the functionality of various operating systems and enterprise applications, ensuring effective communication and support for users.
Requirements
- Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment, OR an earned associate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment.
- Proficiency in basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
- Installing and maintaining software applications.
- Managing and maintaining computer network systems including Virtual and Local Area Networks.
- Supporting enterprise applications used in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and electronic mail, cloud storage and other related applications.
- Effective communication skills.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
