About the position

The Technology Transformation Excellence Consultant at Accenture is responsible for advising clients in the Products industry on data-driven technology strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. This role involves managing large-scale transformations, facilitating workshops, and developing transformation roadmaps while leveraging deep industry and technology expertise. The consultant will work closely with clients to navigate complex program management and ensure value realization across multiple dimensions, including financial and operational success.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on data-driven technology strategies to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals.
• Manage transformation management domains for a workstream as the lead advisory partner.
• Facilitate design thinking and customer journey workshops to support the development of transformation roadmaps and strategies.
• Build understanding of organizational culture frameworks and models.
• Develop focused expertise across multiple targeted technology focus areas while maintaining breadth of knowledge.
• Help define the value of a transformation and how to measure and track success.
• Support thought leadership in a Technology Strategy & Advisory capability.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Advisory experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a transformation program driving value management/realization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating investment cases and focusing on value.
• Minimum 1 year experience in planning/structuring analytical work and developing transformation recommendations.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Cloud and Digital roadmap strategy & assessment skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Public Cloud Certification(s) (AWS, MS Azure, GCP).
• SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) certification.
• Experience in the implications of Cloud economics on IT financial management.
