About the position

The Technology Transformation Excellence Consultant at Accenture focuses on advising clients in the Resources Industry, including Utilities, Energy, and Chemicals & Natural Resources, on data-driven technology strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. This role involves managing large-scale transformations, leveraging deep industry and technology expertise to guide clients towards value-rich targets while effectively managing change. The consultant will articulate transformation business value, manage program practices, and facilitate workshops to develop transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on data-driven technology strategies to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals.
• Shape and steer technology-enabled, large-scale transformations with clients.
• Convey deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture relevant to the client's industry.
• Manage complex program management oriented towards value realization across multiple dimensions.
• Clearly articulate transformation business value and present options for problems that align with transformation goals.
• Manage the definition of practices, processes, and toolsets for transformation management domains.
• Plan and prepare for design thinking and customer journey workshops to support transformation strategy development.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience on a technology transformation program driving value management/realization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating investment cases focused on tech value.
• Minimum 1 year of experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 1 year experience in planning/structuring analytical work and developing transformation recommendations.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cloud and Digital roadmap strategy & assessment skills.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Public Cloud Certification(s) (AWS, MS Azure, GCP).
• Experience in the implications of Cloud economics on IT financial management.
