About the position
The Telecom Project Coordinator will support various projects related to circuit and telecommunications ordering and provisioning. This role requires a strong understanding of technical circuits and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and vendors. The coordinator will be responsible for driving task progress, gathering updates, and reporting on project statuses while working onsite in Oakton, VA.
Responsibilities
- Support projects and activities related to circuit and telco ordering and provisioning.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure project success.
- Drive task progress and gather meaningful updates on project statuses.
- Report on project statuses and milestones to stakeholders.
- Maintain organization and follow-through on work products.
Requirements
- US Citizen able to pass a drug and background check and obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT/Telecom project coordinator role.
- Basic understanding of technical circuits, ordering, and telco provisioning.
- General understanding of network and data center engineering.
