About the position

STV is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and organizing business operations to achieve strategic and annual outcomes. This role includes managing local business activities, client relations, project performance, and talent development, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage STV's local business activities including adding new clients and winning new work.
• Oversee execution of projects and hiring locally based personnel.
• Plan resources and control overhead expenditure.
• Represent STV with clients and the broader community.
• Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify, mentor, and train future leaders within the organization.
• Assess performance of team members and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and design templates.
• Act as a subject matter expert on outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) services.
• Implement measures to address adverse business outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Telecom market sector in roles such as business development, operations management, project or engineering management.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities and impeccable integrity.
• Strategic mindset with excellent judgement and prioritization skills.
• Ability to delegate effectively and manage business environments.
• Strong relationships with key clients and recognized leadership in the market.
