About the position

Vision Telecommunications is seeking a Telecommunications Lineman with 2-3 years of experience in building and maintaining coax and fiber optics for cable TV systems. The role involves outdoor work and requires the ability to operate various telecommunications tools and equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment / utilize standard telecommunications tools
• Operate hydraulic aerial lifts
• Read and understand CATV prints
• Operate chain hoists

Requirements

• Prior experience working in an outside plant/construction environment
• Ability to work varied schedule (on call, evening and weekends as needed)
• Ability to climb poles, ladders, and use bucket trucks as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Driver's License (Required)
