About the position

The Telecommunications Sales Associate plays a crucial role in leading the sales department for Frontier Telecommunications in the Dallas area. This position focuses on meeting new customers, reviewing available products and technology, processing orders, and managing client relationships. The role emphasizes customer service, negotiation, and collaboration with other sales specialists to ensure successful product rollouts and high sales margins.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and close customers on all Frontier Telecommunications products and services for their home or business.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to overturn objections, handle inquiries, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service in every interaction regarding products, sales delivery, and issues.
  • Track and accurately report customer account information, territory research, and areas of improvement to upper-level management daily.
  • Work with other entry-level and senior Sales Specialists to ensure success in the product rollout.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or 4-year degree equivalent in Sales, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of entry-level experience in Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Retail, or Hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele and Sales Specialist team members.
  • A student mentality and ambition to learn entry-level skill sets and utilize them consistently over time.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, problem-solving individual.
