About the position
The Telecommute Mental Health Therapist role at Lyra Health involves providing evidence-based mental health treatment through a digital platform. Therapists will maintain a diverse caseload, utilizing video therapy and digital resources to enhance client outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions.
- Maintain a caseload of diverse clinical needs and monitor client outcomes.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
- Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews and attend training sessions.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without disciplinary action.
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Experience providing video therapy and maintaining a full clinical caseload.
