The Telehealth Program Assistant's primary purpose is to serve the health care system for virtual care needs. Additionally, the role demands a high level of technological proficiency, as the assistant will be required to navigate various telehealth platforms and tools to assist in delivering quality care. The Telehealth Program Assistant will also be involved in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to telehealth services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) year of medical, secretarial or customer service work experience required.
