About the position
The Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role at Klarity Health focuses on providing specialized care for patients with ADHD and anxiety disorders through a remote telehealth platform. This part-time, contract position allows practitioners to maintain independence while delivering high-quality healthcare, supported by advanced technology and a community of providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic, high-quality care to patients via telehealth, specializing in ADHD and anxiety.
- Utilize individualized treatment approaches tailored to each patient's specific needs, incorporating evidence-based practices for these conditions.
- Effectively manage and adapt your consultation schedule to ensure accessible and timely support for your patients.
- Take responsibility for determining the medical services you offer, selecting the patient demographics you wish to serve, and setting and adjusting your fee structure.
- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to telehealth services for ADHD and anxiety.
- Actively participate in the Klarity Health provider community, sharing experiences, strategies, and insights, and learning from peers across various medical fields.
Requirements
- Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois, with Board Certification in PMHNP, FNP, or a related field.
- At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure, with a strong focus on diagnosing and treating ADHD and anxiety disorders.
- Possess full practice authority or currently collaborate with a physician, as per the specific laws and regulations of the state(s) where you are licensed to see patients.
- Must have active malpractice insurance coverage.
