About the position

The Telehealth Sales Representative role at Televida Telehealth involves driving sales of B2B Telehealth Plans through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This part-time, commission-based position requires a motivated individual with a strong background in technology sales, capable of engaging customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate products effectively to showcase their value.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales with prospective customers.
  • Manage accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market penetration.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales or inside sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in direct sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Experience conducting product demos that effectively highlight features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques in sales.

Nice-to-haves

  • Communication in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to speak other languages.
