About the position

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team at C&S Janitorial Services, Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales leads and effectively communicating product information and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calling to prospective customers
• Communicate product information and services effectively
• Negotiate and close deals over the phone
• Update customer records in Salesforce
• Market products and services to potential clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Knowledge of business development and sales techniques
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
