About the position
The Telemetry Technician provides ongoing observation and identification of cardiac rhythms; prepares and maintains telemetry records and maintains a functioning telemetry system.

Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to understand and follow direction
- Responsiveness to needs of patients, peers, and professional staff
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to identify cardiac rhythms
- Basic computer skills
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS Healthcare Provider) via current card prior to employment or within 60 days of hire
- Completion of Mandatory Reporting: Child and Dependent Adult Abuse requirement within 6 months of hire
- Completion of Cardiac Dysrhythmias and Management class or equivalent within 3 months of hire
