If you are a skilled communicator with a passion for social media, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** *Telephone Operator:* - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. - Handle customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments. - Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. *Social Media Manager:* - Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. - Create engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. - Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the teledentistry or healthcare industry is a plus.
