As a Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) at FLS Connect, you will play a crucial role in our fundraising efforts by making outbound calls to potential donors. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in meaningful conversations with these individuals, soliciting pledges for various client projects. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment, where daily goals are set for each project. You will be working from home, which necessitates a quiet and distraction-free workspace. To effectively perform your duties, you will need to utilize your computer, a USB headset, a web camera, and a wired internet connection, as Wi-Fi is not permitted for this role. As a TSR, you will be expected to follow provided and client-approved messaging during your calls, utilize a structured approach to fundraising, and demonstrate responsive listening skills to provide appropriate situational responses. Meeting and maintaining project goals and efficiency metrics is essential, with specific targets such as an occupancy ratio of 85% and 95% adherence to shift schedules. In addition to making calls, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor, accepting coaching and feedback positively, and preparing adequately for each call. This role requires a full-time commitment, working Monday through Friday, with the possibility of additional shifts during peak seasons. You will also need to pass a background check to ensure the integrity of our fundraising efforts.
