About the position

As a Moneytree Branch Teller, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized and friendly service to meet our customers' financial needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer receives exceptional service while handling various financial transactions. This position requires a commitment to accuracy and professionalism, as you will be responsible for cashing checks, processing loans and payments, selling money orders, and managing wire transfers. You will also be tasked with counting cash accurately and balancing a cash drawer at the end of your shift. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain a positive and helpful demeanor, contributing to a welcoming environment for our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic environment where you will need to adapt to fluctuating schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service, cashier, or retail experience
  • Ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including evenings and most weekends
  • Enthusiasm, positivity, and willingness to learn and grow
  • Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keyboarding experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Fluency in English

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are preferred
