Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and accurate Teller functions.
• Represent the bank professionally and courteously.
• Process deposits and loan payments.
• Cash checks and negotiable instruments for clients.
• Examine documents for endorsements and negotiability.
• Process transfers between accounts and credit card cash advances.
• Verify and balance cash daily, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Promote bank products to meet customer needs.
• Maintain privacy of customer information and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Assist with training or orientation as needed.
• Complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.
• Attend meetings and training classes as required.
