About The Position

Understanding customer preferences is key, and the Teller I will conduct needs-based conversations to advocate for customers, offering financial and digital solutions tailored to their needs. The position requires sound decision-making skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively, escalating more complex issues to management when needed. Compliance with operational activities and regulations, such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act, is essential to minimize risk and protect customer information. The Teller I will also be responsible for balancing cash drawers and ensuring the security of cash at all times, adhering to safe deposit box procedures, and following all security and audit measures to prevent potential loss. This role requires a commitment to completing all required training, both in-classroom and online, by established deadlines.
